Gabby's Gluten Free Goodies

Gabby is a passionate home baker who was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2017. Her diagnosis was especially difficult as she had to figure out how to adjust her cooking to accommodate her and her children’s (one of whom is also gluten intolerant) dietary restrictions. Gabby was determined to make recipes that were not only gluten-free but delicious. After many failed attempts, she eventually perfected a number of recipes including Nanaimo Bars, butter tarts, gingerbread cookies, millionaire shortbread, and brownie truffles. Gabby now operates her business, Gabby Gluten Free Goods, out of a commercial kitchen an hour east of Winnipeg. She takes orders and delivers them to customers’ doorsteps, ensuring that there is no cross-contamination in the process.
