Brian Fehr, GM of Bracor Environmental, discusses the benefits of using beet juice over salt for road maintenance. Salt is corrosive and can damage cars, roads, and vegetation, whereas beet juice is a de-sugared molasses byproduct that does not freeze and works as an anti-icing solution. Bee juice is also more cost-effective, does not stain, and is easy to clean up.
